We have just arrived home after a very enjoyable fortnight at Villa Tropiques. I just wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you both for all your assistance which certainly added to the overall holiday experience. The additional keys and your prompt reaction to all our queries or requests were greatly appreciated by us all. We certainly enjoyed our time at the Villa - Helen Nash and family July 2008 I can't tell you how much we enjoyed the house! It was really comfortable, the beds in particular - Charles & Lili - August 2008 To be honest, the house blew us away, it was fantastic and we will be definitely recommending it to all of our friends. The location was fantastic as well allowing us to do early morning (to beat the crowds) day trips to Monte Carlo, Nice, Cannes etc and allowing us to be back just after lunch to enjoy the pool and the outdoor kitchen etc. Furniture, satellite TV (especially with Olympics on), everything just fantastic! We found Fayence, Callian and Theole Sur Mer just stunning. Even so, it was hard to draw ourselves away from the villa pool and panoramic terrace views. We take regular villa holidays in Italy, Spain and France but this one is definitely a favourite - Colette and family.July 2009 |

A luxurious and superbly appointed, air conditioned villa set in magnificent peaceful grounds of over 2000m². The property is within sight of Terre Blanche Golf Course and lies in the foothills of the village of Fayence. The villa sleeps 7 in the main house and there is a garden studio which could bring accommodation up to 8 persons (see price list below). There is a delightful summer lounge opening onto the shaded dining terrace, summer kitchen, wonderful gazebo and the infinity pool. The grounds, which can be floodlit, surround the property and are beautifully maintained with an abundance of Mediterranean palms and plants.
Accommodation comprises:
Living room/dining room- Open plan living/dining room, summer lounge opening to terrace and pool, mezzanine sitting area, UK Sat TV, DVD, Wireless Internet connection.
Kitchen -Well equipped open kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Utility room with washing machine. Doors to terrace and summer dining area.
Bedrooms - Master double bedroom with dressing area and en suite. 2nd double bedroom plus twin bedroom, both with en suite facilities. Mezzanine with single sofa bed (not suitable for small children) Separate Garden Studio/Double bedroom with en suite (please see price list)
Bathrooms. Main house - 2 en suite shower rooms with shower and basin. Master en suite bathroom with bath/shower and twin basins. 2 sep.WCs with wash basin, one on each floor. Garden Studio : shower room with shower, basin and WC.
Infinity pool . Curved gentle entrance to the pool of 10 x 5m with alarm.
Garden around 2000m² with specimen trees, palms, flowers and rockeries. Summer kitchen with barbecue, sink and large fridge. Outside shower with WC. Garden dining furniture for 8.
Distances - Fayence 3km - 10 mins drive. Main supermarkets 5 mins by car. Beaches are approx. 30 minutes drive. Lac de St Cassien 7kms. Terre Blanche Golf course 10 mins drive. Nice Airport 45 mins
