Private pool with security shutters
A traditional Provençal villa on two levels with beautiful panoramic views over the Lac de St Cassien and the hills beyond. Villa Sylphes has recently undergone some excellent renovation work and provides very comfortable accommodation for family holidays. The upper level is open plan with a high quality kitchen leading to a large dining terrace enjoying the views. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on this level. There is a pool side summer kitchen which is well eqiupped with cooking facilities, barbecue, fridge and sink. The family room is on the lower level with its own independant entrance and adjoining shower room and WC.
The villa is set on a private domaine and in a very quiet setting. It is within easy reach of the village of Montauroux and local shopping.
Accommodation :
Living/dining room - A spacious living room with feature fireplace, breakfast bar leading to open plan kitchen. Fully opening sliding doors leading to large outside covered dining terrace with panoramic views. French Satellite TV.
Kitchen -Open plan Poggenpohl kitchen with wide induction hob, microwave, steam oven, electric oven and well equipped. There are 3 fridges in the villa. Fully opening sliding doors to outside terrace. Utility area (on the lower level) with washing machine and dryer.
Bedrooms - Master bedroom with doors to upper terrace. Bunk bedroom with doors to upper terrace. Bathroom, bath with shower screen, bidet and basin. Separate WC.
Lower level Spacious family room with double sofabed and twin single beds. Shower room with shower, bidet and basin. Separate WC.
Utility room with ironing facilities, washing machine and dryer.
Pool and grounds- 3000 sqm of terraced and sloping rockeries and pathways. 8 x 4m Pool with security shutters, steps entrance. Note there are plenty of areas of children to play but some areas of the garden are steep and small children would need supervision.
Distances - Local shopping is in Montauroux 10 mins. Lac de St Cassien is just 10 minutes away. Terre Blanche Golf Course 15 mins.
