An exceptional recently built villa set in a quiet location just a short distance from the village centre. Villa Rose is extremely spacious and is beautifully presented and very well equipped and has air conditioning. The living, dining and kitchen areas all open on to a large terrace overlooking the pool. There is also a summer kitchen with shaded dining area. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and a laundry room, quality kitchen appliances and a lovely breakfast area. The grounds extend to 4500 sq.m and are safe for children. St Paul en Forêt is a delightful Provençal village with an excellent market, good local shopping and is only 5 minutes by car or a 1.5km stroll.

Living/dining room - A spacious living area with seating around a modern fireplace, small dining area and doors leading to the sun terrace and pool. TV with French channels. DVD player. Step down to dining area with doors to the terrace. The villa has internet access.
Kitchen - Equipped to a high standard with large oven, separate combination microwave oven, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, induction hob and fryer plate. Breakfast area. Utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Bedrooms - On the ground level - Master bedroom with doors to the terrace. Upper level : Double bedroom, Twin bedroom, Double bedroom with sofabed.
Bathrooms: En suite shower room to master bedroom with walk in shower, basin, bidet and WC. Upper level Shower room with walk in shower, twin basins and separate WC.
Pool and grounds- Free form pool with steps leading in. Extensive terraces. Shaded dining terrace with well equipped summer kitchen with hot plate grill, gas hob and sink.
Garage with additional fridge freezer.
Distances - Local shopping is in Fayence about 5 minutes by car or Montauroux 20 mins. Lac de St Cassien is just 15 minutes away. Terre Blanche Golf Course 15 mins.
