Villa La Pavilion is set in a private Residence of 3 groups of terraced villas - a total of 9 in the residence. This villa is on the end and directly overlooks the pool and gardens. The pool area is securely fenced and the gardens for for shared use. The Residence is set in secure grounds with parking and is close to Fayence. The property is very nicely furnished and provides perfect holiday accommodation for a family of four.The open plan living opens onto a covered dining terrace with patio furniture. The bedrooms are upstairs. The Residence is rarely completely full and more often is quiet and you can often have the pool to yourselves. The property is around a 20 minute walk into Tourrettes itself or 5 mins in the car to the village of Fayence.

Open plan living/kitchenette/dining room , well equipped with fridge/freezer,, dishwasher, microwave, oven and 2 ring elec hob. Table and chairs. Sofa. TV and CD player. French doors opening onto covered dining terrace.

Distances - 5 minutes by car to Fayence or Tourrettes for local shopping. There are two supermarkets within 5 mins of the property and the larger supermarket is in Montauroux around 10 mins drive. Lac de St Cassien for leisure pursuits - around 10 mins drive. The coast of Frejus can be reached within half an hour by car.
