Villa Mûrier is a delightful family villa in a perfect location for accessibility to local amenities, shops and restaurants. Set in a quiet residential area, within a completely enclosed and very private garden, it has a lawned area in front which is gated, teak decking around the pool and a shady dining terrace. There is a shady gazebo for outside dining. It is within walking distance of the Domaine de Fayence with its exceptional spa and pool facilities. The property is well presented and very comfortable, an ideal holiday home for the small family
Accommodation comprises:
Living room/dining room- A comfortable air conditioned living room with open fireplace, TV with French channels and UK free to view channels, DVD. Dining area. Doors to shady dining terrace and pool. Wireless Internet connection.
Kitchen -Well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas/elec hob, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, microwave. Washing machine in dressing area.
Bedrooms - 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom. (One double bedroom is air conditioned)
Bathroom. 1 shower room with shower, twin basins and WC. Bathroom with bath/shower, WC and basin.
Pool - Delightful heated pool 8 x 4 with steps entrance set in an entirely enclosed terrace and garden.

Grounds Completely enclosed and private grounds, with gated private parking. Outside terrace with barbecue overlooking pool. Gazebo with shade for additional outside dining.
Distances - Local shopping is Tourrettes, about 5 mins by car or Montauroux, around 10 minutes. Lac de St Cassien is just 15 minutes and the coast around 30 minutes drive away. Restaurant, bar and Hydrotherapy Spa at Domaine de Fayence within walking distance
