Villa Ella is situated in an elevated location just outside of the hilltop village of Cabris which is about a 15 minute walk from the property. A well appointed villa furnished as a comfortable family home it is well equipped. Being split into two levels, each with its own kitchen and bathrooms it could be an ideal property for two families wishing to share. The villa is air-conditioned. There are superb views from both levels of the property towards Antibes and the sea in the distance. The pool area is gated with a very pleasant dining shaded dining terrace and ample sun bathing areas. Situated behind automatic gates - the property is extremely private and in a quiet setting.
