Villa l’Echappée Belle is a recently built villa presented to a high and comfortable standard. Situated just a few minutes walk from the Fayence village, it has exceptional views over the valley and the golf course of Terre Blanche. The open plan living area provides bright and airy accommodation with east, south and west facing aspects. There is a large shaded dining terrace overlooking the pool, leading from the kitchen. All bedrooms are on the upper level and the master suite has a private balcony terrace with incredible views. The gardens are well maintained with lawns and plenty of flowering shrubs and Mediterranean plants. A lovely property in an superb location. The villa is equipped with geothermal under-floor cooling and heating system, so the property will remain cool in the summer.

Distances - Local shopping and restaurants in Fayence about a 5/10 minute walk ( perhaps a little longer on the return up hill). Supermarket in the village or 10 mins by car. Lac de St Cassien is just 15 minutes away. Terre Blanche Golf Course 15 mins
