A beautifully presented family home set in a very quiet residential area with peaceful views towards the village of Fayence and its stunning mountain backdrop. Villa Collina is a popular villa and provides excellent quality accommodation. It has been carefully furnished and decorated in good taste. The bright living area opens to three area sitting areas under a shaded canopy or shaded dining terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool area and a good barbecue for those warm summer evenings enjoying the sunset. The grounds are completely enclosed and beautifully maintained. The villa is conveniently located within a short drive of good supermarkets and the village of Fayence itself.

Distances - Local shopping is in Tourrettes, around 5 minutes by car or Fayence 10 mins. Lac de St Cassien is just 10 minutes away. Terre Blanche Golf Course 15 mins.
