A delightful air conditioned family villa enjoying superb views over the valley and beyond. Set in a private and tranquil location this is an ideal property for family holidays, with a beautiful pool, plenty of grounds for children to play and two terraces. The villa has plenty of character with part stone interior walls, beamed ceilings and is very comfortably furnished and well equipped. The side terrace is shaded and has a built in barbecue and pizza oven. The main sun terrace enjoys the incredible views and is also part shaded. The pool is set to the side of the property with sun terraces and lawned area around.

Kitchen -Separate kitchen,well equipped with all appliances. Breakfast area.Doors leading to shaded terrace with views. Utility room with washing machine.
Bedrooms - Ground floor, 2 double bedrooms. Twin bedroom with Mezzanine with two single beds. Upper level: Double bedroom. 1 twin bedroom.
Bathrooms - Ground floor, Guest cloakroom WC. Bathroom with bath, shower, twin basins and separate WC. Upper level. Shower room with twin basins and WC
Pool and grounds- Alarmed pool 11 x 4.5 with roman steps.. Covered dining terrace overlooking the garden. Enclosed grounds with terraced lawns. Sunny and part shaded terrace with views. Plenty of parking.
Distances - Local shopping is in Montauroux about 2/3 minutes by car or Fayence 15 mins. Lac de St Cassien is just 10 minutes away. Terre Blanche Golf Course 15 mins and can be seen from the terrace.
