We had a great holiday - a really well equipped villa - please can we book it for next year - Angela and friends - August 2008 We found the villa charming and well laid house. Villa Bergerie is situated just outside the village of Tourrettes and also near to Fayence. This stone built property is spacious and is furnished with a bright and airy style. The open plan living area opens onto a lovely shaded terrace with a lovely old oaks, olives and a fig tree. The pool is set slightly away from the property and is surrounded by sun terraces. The property has three bedrooms in the main house and a separate studio with an additional double bedroom with kitchenette and shower. The villa is set in extensive grounds and very private.
Accommodation comprises:
Living /dining room -A spacious room with dining area and two sitting areas. TV, French channels only. French doors opening onto the outside dining terrace and garden.
Open plan Kitchen - Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven; microwave and American Fridge/freezer and doors to terrace.
Utility room with washing machine and additional WC.
Bedrooms 3 twin/double bedrooms. Separate Studio with twin/double bed.
Bathrooms. 2 bathrooms with bath with hand held shower, basin and WC. Shower room in Studio with WC
Pool with roman steps entrance, 10 x 5m.Ample parking and extensive grassed garden. Portable barbecue.
Distances - Fayence or Tourrettes for local shopping is around 5 minutes or Montauroux for larger supermarkets is around 10 mins by car. Lac de St Cassien is around 10 mins. The autoroute access is around 15 mins and beaches about 40 mins.
