Private pool with alarm
An absolutely delightful villa set in a extensive grounds with peaceful views and a high degree of privacy. It is situated close the village of Seillans, being noted as one of the most beautiful villages in France. The gardens are nicely laid out with plenty of areas for children to play safely. The pool has sun terracing around and the shaded dining terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this area. The villa is well presented and has been recently decorated to provide good quality accommodation for family holidays. There are two bedrooms in the main house and a further spacious double bedroom in the annexe with a small kitchentte and a mezzanine with a sleeping area for one. .The property is situated close to several well known vineyards were you can take the chance to sample or buy the local Provençal wines.
Accommodation comprises:
Living room/dining room- A comfortable sitting area with sofa and armchairs. Open fireplace. TV with French and UK channels. Wireless Internet access. Cloakroom WC
Kitchen Galley style kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, elec/gas hob, Combi microwave oven. Fridge/Freezer.
Bedrooms - Double bedrooms, Twin bedroom. Annexe with double bed, small kitchenette, mezzanine for additional sleeping, if required (limited headroom)
Bathroom. Bathroom with bath with shower curtain, basin. Annexe with shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC
Pool - 10 x 5 with ladder access and terracing around.
Grounds . 20,000sq.m with fields, lawns and garden. Outside dining terrace, shaded by a pergola and with a drinks fridge and barbecue.
Distances - Local shopping and restaurants are in Seillans around 3kms, about 5 mins by car. There is a local supermarket just before the village itself. Alternatively there are larger supermarkets in Fayence or Montauroux, around 10 minutes. Lac de St Cassien is just 20 minutes and the coast around 30 minutes drive away.
