A beautiful modern villa sent in an enclosed garden and located in a quiet residential area just 2kms from Fayence village. The property is set in a beautifully maintained garden with lawns, fruit and olive trees and an abundance of roses and floral shrubs.Villa Axelia is very spacious and is extremely well equipped and presented to a high standard. The living area, with its fully opening sliding doors, opens on to a covered dining terrace and overlooks the lawns and pool . The pool is saltwater. There is air conditioning throughout the property and a central vacuum system. There is also a fully equipped gym on the lower level. The gardians may use a lower ground level studio at the back of the property and are very discreet and are rarely seen, except to maintain the pool and garden to its high standard. Their accommodation and cannot be seen from the villa. It is completely self contained and your privacy and freedom of the property is assured.

Distances - Local shopping is in Fayence about 5 minutes by car or Montauroux 20 mins. Lac de St Cassien is just 15 minutes away. Terre Blanche Golf Course 15 mins.

Villa Aixela Guest Book

Villa Aixela is beautifully located in a peaceful area of Fayence Village. The house itself is very tasteful furnished and the kitchen is more than "well equipped". The large garden is carefully maintained and flowers are all around. The large salt water pool and the surrounding pool area invite for relaxation. You feel at home from the very first moment. The team around Marion very discretely but is available whenever you have questions. The owners/gardians living at the back on the ground floor are almost "invisible" and very friendly. At the end Villa Aixela is a perfect homebase for families with children that would like to explore the Provence and Cote d´Azur. Kristian and family July 2009
