Villa Rosier is situated facing south west on the hillside just below the village of Callian. The property enjoys calming views towards the village of Montauroux. From the villa you can take a leisurely walk up hill to the village for local shopping and dining out. Villa Rosier is a beautifully furnished and equipped villa in a modern style. The open plan living:dining and kitchen area opens onto a wide outside dining terrace with barbecue and the added extra of a heated spa. The gardens are well laid out and safe for children.

Living room/dining room/kitchen - Open plan living/dining room with doors opening onto a dining terrace overlooking the pool. Open fireplace, UK Satellite TV, DVD player. Dining area for 8. Fully equipped modern Kitchen - Open plan with plenty of cupboards, 5 ring gas hob, electric oven, combi-microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer. Dining table seating 8. Doors to terrace. Laundry room on lower level. 2nd sitting room/study on lower level.

Bedrooms - On the upper level Master double bedroom with en suite. Doors to terrace. Bunk Bedroom. Lower floor - Double bedroom with doors to garden. Twin bedroom.

Bathrooms. Master en suite bathroom including a bath and separate double shower. Shower room with WC. Lower level -  Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and WC.

Heated Pool  with roman steps entrance, 10 x 5m with security shutters and gated Sun terraces, covered dining terrace. Heated spa with alarm on upper terrace.

Ample parking and completely enclosed gardens, boules area. Distances - Callian is 500m. Main supermarkets 10 mins by car. Beaches are approx. 30minutes drive. Lac de St Cassien is 10mins by car.
