Villa L’Olea is a substantial property set in a quiet location and giving a high degree of privacy. The villa enjoys superb views over the village of nearby Seillans. There is a heated pool with security shutters, making it safe for children. In summer the shutters are opened and a pool alarm is installed. Presented to a good standard throughout this is a comfortable family home providing a perfect location for extended families or groups of friends wishing to holiday together. The villa has discreet but good facilities for disabled persons and therefore could be ideal for the not so agile! There is an internal lift (only for disabled use) in addition to the staircase for access to all levels of the villa .The property is situated a short distance from both the villages of Fayence and Seillans. The local markets and an excellent range of shops are available in 5 minutes by car.

Middle Entrance level : Entrance hall leading to living room with dining area,comfortably furnished, French and English Satellite TV, doors opening to dining terrace. Kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas hob, doors to terrace. Double bedroom Twin bedroom. Bathroom en suite to double bedroom with wheel in shower, corner bath and WC. Separate WC
Upper level - access by Lift or Stairs - 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom en suite to the double bedroom with WC.
Lower level Studio - with internal and external access - Twin/Double bedroom area, equipped kitchen, sitting area with futon. Wheel-in shower room with WC. Separate Laundry room.
Outside Heated pool of 10 x 4: Pool, depth from 1m - 2m. Shaded dining area, plenty of sun loungers, beautiful country views. Gas barbecue Private parking and electric entry gates. During the hot summer periods , pool heating is not necessary, the shutters are pulled back and a pool alarm is fitted for extra safety.
