Villa Neflier is set in an elevated position within easy reach of the hilltop village of Montauroux. Set in an enclosed garden the property enjoys far reaching 360° views and you can even see the sea. Tastefully decorated throughout it provides comfortable accommodation with two sitting rooms, three bedrooms with twin/double beds and 3 bathrooms. From the living area there is a beautiful covered terrace where you can pass away the hours just enjoying the incredible views. There is a further covered sitting area beside the pool.

Accommodation comprises:
Living room - A spacious open plan living area with 3 sofas, coffee tables. Dining area and doors leading to the veranda.
Kitchen - Part open plan, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Ceramic hob, Electric oven, well equipped. Utility room with washing machine
Bedrooms - 3 bedrooms each with twin/double beds which can easily be separated into twins.The two bedrooms on the lower level open to the garden. Master bedroom upstairs has a private solarium terrace.
Bathrooms: 2 en suite shower rooms. 1 bathroom with in-bath shower. Each bathroom has a WC. Separate guest cloakroom with washbasin.
Second sitting room on the upper level with TV with French and some free to view International channels. DVD Music centre.
Veranda - garden room enclosed terrace with sliding glazed doors
Terrace -large covered dining terrace with gas barbecue. Further two covered sitting areas.
Pool with roman steps, 11 x 5 infinity pool. Ample garden furniture.
Distances - Village is within walking distance. Shops in Montauroux, 1km, with supermarkets and other amenities
5 mins by car. Beaches are approximately 30 minutes drive. Lac de St Cassien is 10mins by car
This property may not be suitable for tiny toddlers as there is an unprotected drop leading from the main terrace.

A huge thank you to Marion and Nathalie of Affinity who arranged such a wonderful holiday for us -  they could not have been more helpful, efficient and caring.  The Villa Nefflier was superb, spacious, comfortable, clean and beautifully furnished. An abundance of sunny terraces equipped with lots of garden furniture,  plants in profusion , and a lovely and indeed large pool all beautifully kept. A super holiday in every way.
