Frequently asked Questions!!

We hope we have covered most queries, but if you cant find the answer to your query, please email or phone us and we will do our best to help you

Q How do I make a reservation?
A Click on either Availability Search, Our Villas or Click to book. You will find the information for the property together with our booking form on the appropriate link.

Q Your prices are in Euros - how do I pay?
A All major banks are able to organise an electronic transfer in Euros. We supply you with the “IBAN” and “BIC” codes that your bank requires to make the transfer. I you prefer to pay by our Paypal account which takes most major credit and debit cards, there will be an administration charge of 2.5%

Q - Are there any additional charges?
A - No, your property will be equipped with bed linen and towels for the number of persons you have booked for. There is an additional set of bed linen available for 2nd or 3rd week stays. We do not charge for water, electricity or final clean, if you leave the property as you find it, but please see our notes on final cleaning in our Terms and Conditions. We can also provide you with information on Final Clean Options when we send you directions and arrival information.

Q - Can we hire a cot or high chair?
A - Yes,all our villas are supplied with one cot and one high chair. Additional cots and highchairs can be hired at 15 Euros a week each item, subject to availability. We cannot guarantee supplies. We do not provide cot linen.

Q - The property we have chosen only has double beds - we have children who won’t share a bed, is it possible to hire an additional fold-up bed?
A - No problem, subject to availability, we can hire an extra fold up bed but if this increases the occupancy of the property we may impose a charge for the extra linen for the additional person. Some properties we may have to refuse for over occupancy. Please enquire. Bed hire and additional linen is 40€ a week per person and is subject to availability of beds.

Q - We have forgotten to bring our pool towels or dont want to bring them, do you hire them?
A - Yes the are 5 Euros each to hire, with a minimum pack of 4. We have a limited stock available so unless you have pre-ordered them, we cannot guarantee having them available. So it is best to pre-order.

Q - What time can we arrive and what time do we have to leave?
A - Our arrival time is no earlier than 15.00hrs and this depends if the villa has been cleaned, prepared and is ready for you. No property can be entered until the cleaning has been completed. Some villas take longer than others to prepare because of their size. In the event of the property not being ready, you should be able to leave your luggage but we would then ask you to either go shopping or have a snack and return when the cleaner or our staff feel the property is correctly prepared for you. We try to make your arrival as easy as possible but it is always dependant on how the property has been vacated by the previous clients. Departure times are no later than 10.00hrs

Q - We are arriving very late (or on a Sunday) - do you provide a welcome pack or could you help us with a little shopping?
A - There will be some form of liquid refreshment left in your villa.  We can offer you breakfast, drinks and meal packs. Details are available on request.

Q - There is a heated pool at our chosen villa- will it actually be heated?
A - There is no need for pool heating usually from late June to late August. Pool heating is normally activated as the weather warms up around late April, early May and again in September. Out of these periods it is unlikely the pool will be heated because air temperatures may not be warm enough to swim. Heated Pools can be switched on request but an additional charge may need to be levied, please enquire.

Q - We have a dog - could we bring him to our villa?
A - Some of our villa owners will accept dogs. It is essential that you ask us before arriving if your chosen villa can accept dogs. If you arrive at a villa with a dog and without prior arrangement we have the right to refuse entry to that villa. We fully understand the pleasure of being able to take your dog on holiday with you. However, it is important to understand that if we accept your dog you are completely responsible for ensuring that the villa and its total grounds are kept in a clean condition. There is a supplementary charge for cleaning of 50 Euros per dog. We ask you to ensure that you keep dogs off furniture and especially beds and additional charges will be made if dog hair is excessive or found on or in beds or sofas. We ask dog owners to realise that some people are allergic to pet hair and therefore we ask you to respect that. We would naturally ask you also to respect the peace and tranquility of the area and keep your dogs as quiet as possible. Dogs may not under any circumstances swim in the swimming pool. If you allow your dog into the pool it will be noticed by the pool cleaner and a supplementary charge will be levied, without exception, depending on the amount of dog hair which had to be removed and any disinfection of pool water that would be necessary. Allowing dogs to swim in pools is not hygienic and is strictly forbidden. Any damage howsoever caused by a dog will be charged against your security deposit.

Q - What happens if something goes wrong or we have a problem?
A - There is usually someone close-by and available at most times of the day to help you with advice and support. However we hope you will respect our evenings when even we have to sleep! But in a real emergency we are on call 24/7
