Q How do I make a reservation?

A Call or email to double check availability, you will be sent a booking form and bank details for payment.

Q Your prices are in Euros - how do I pay?

A All major UK banks can organise an electronic transfer in Euros. We supply you with the “IBAN” and “BIC” codes that your bank requires to make the transfer. We are affliated to First Rate FX who can offer you commission free transfers and excellent rates of exchange please look at their website www.firstratefx.com , and quote reference A/8473 We have used them, they are efficient and do offer very good rates.

Q - Are there any additional charges?

A - No, your property will be equipped with bed linen and towels for the number of persons you have booked for. We do not charge for water, electricity, linen or final clean, but please see our notes on final cleaning in our Terms and Conditions.

Q - Can we hire a cot or high chair?

A - Yes, we have a supplier for cots and high chairs and subject to availability they are 20 Euros each item per week.

Q - The property we have chosen only has double beds - we have children who won’t share a bed, is it possible to hire an additional fold-up bed?

A - No problem, subject to availability, we can hire an extra fold up bed but if this increases the occupancy of the property we may impose a charge for the extra linen for the additional person. Some properties we may have to refuse for over occupancy. Please enquire. Bed hire is 30€ a week. For the delivery and additional linen .

Q - We have forgotten to bring our pool towels, do you hire them?

A - Normally no. We have a very limited supply of pool towels and the cost of hire is 2€ per towel. We cannot guarantee having a supply and you may have to buy them if we run out, so please do not rely on our supply and arrive without yours!

 

Q - We are arriving on a Sunday - do you provide a welcome pack or could you help us with a little shopping?

A - We do offer you a Welcome Pack of Orange juice, water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and that very welcome bottle of wine!! We can help occasionally with pre-arrival shopping but ONLY for Sunday arrival clients.

 

Q - There is a heated pool at our chosen villa- will it actually be heated?

A - There is no need for pool heating usually from late June to late August. Pool heating is normally activated as the weather warms up around late April, early May and again in September. Out of these periods it is unlikely the pool will be heated because air temperatures may not be warm enough to swim. Heated Pools can be switched on request but an additional charge may need to be levied, please enquire. Heated spas are available year round.

 

Q - What happens if something goes wrong or we have a problem?

A - There is usually someone closeby and available at most times of the day to help you with advice and support. However we hope you will respect our evenings when even we have to sleep! But in a real emergency we are on call 24/7.
