Villa Ella is situated in an elevated location just outside of the hilltop village of Cabris which is about a 15 minute walk from the property. A well appointed villa furnished as a comfortable family home it is well equipped. It is split into two separate levels. The option for 2/6 persons means that the upper level of the villa will be prepared only. No other persons will occupy the lower level and you will have complete privacy in the villa and its grounds. The villa has reversible air-conditioning and has wireless internet access. There are superb views from both levels of the property towards Antibes and the sea in the distance. The pool area is gated with a very pleasant dining shaded dining terrace and ample sun bathing areas. Situated behind automatic gates - the property is extremely private and in a quiet setting.

Gated Pool area 10 x 4.5 Pool, depth from 1m - 2m with pool alarm. Shaded dining area, plenty of sun loungers, beautiful sea views. Summer kitchen with barbecue. Private parking and electric entry gates.
