The side terrace is shaded and has a built in barbecue and pizza oven. The main sun terrace enjoys the incredible views and is also part shaded. The pool is set to the side of the property with sun terraces and lawned area around. The accommodation available for 2 to 6 persons will be just the lower level of the villa only. The upper part will remain unoccupied but cannot be used.

Pool and grounds- Alarmed pool 11 x 5 with roman steps with terrace and grass around.. Covered dining terrace overlooking the garden. Enclosed grounds with terraced lawns. Sunny and part shaded terrace with views. Plenty of parking.
Distances - Local shopping is in Montauroux about 2/3 minutes by car or Fayence 15 mins. Lac de St Cassien is just 10 minutes away. Terre Blanche Golf Course 15 mins and can be seen from the terrace.
