All the property owners are known to us personally and have engaged us to promote their homes for seasonal rentals. Our team are on hand to ensure that your holiday accommodation is correctly presented, in a clean and tidy condition,  with fresh clean linen and towels and a welcome pack.

 

One of the team will endeavour to meet you close to your property at an easy to find meeting place and then escort you to your holiday home. Or you will be provided with the GPS coordinates, and comprehensive directions to ensure that you arrive at your property as easily as possible.

 

In most cases there will be someone to show you into your villa and to make sure that you are fully acquainted with your holiday property,  as we believe that this is essential to your holiday enjoyment. We also ensure that your pool is cleaned before your arrival and will be monitored and cleaned again during your stay.

 

While you are on holiday - you will find your property has an Information Book in which we have included most things you might need to know - plus some ideas of where to go and what to see but if you need any extra help or need some other local information - we are only a call away
